The project is a combinati on of two college romance novels written by I'm Mynt Gown and Gear(Gown and Gear เมียวิศวะมัน(ส์)ดี หรือหมอจะลอง) and “ExternExtern (EXTERN พี่หมอครับ! รับเกียร์แล้วเป็นเมียกูที). 「Gown And Gear」 Mai is a medical student who is about to become a doctor, but he finds himself pursued by nong, a former college heartthrob and senior engineering student. 「Extern」 Gun is a exhausted medical student, discovered his girlfriend's infidelity on New Year's Eve, so he impulsively had a relationship with Per, a fourth-grade engineering student who had always secretly loved him.
